NEW evening session on Wednesday nights
And morning sessions on the rest of the weekdays!
The Nakani Native Program presents weekday Loving Kindness Meditation sessions for health and stress relief, open to anyone but especially aimed at Native Americans and front-line health care
workers.
You are invited to attend any weekday morning EXCEPT on Wednesdays 8:30-9:15 AM Pacific Time via Zoom.
On Wednesdays attend the evening session from 8 PM to 8:45 PM Pacific Time.

Attend any or all sessions.
These sessions will reduce stress while bolstering your immunity and mental functioning. You will experience an immediate positive change in your body and mind during and after the sessions! This will be especially helpful for frontline workers. We will pay special attention to Indigenous/Native American world views.
Who?
Meditation teacher Vishaka Smith, Ph.D. will guide you through gentle stretching and non-sectarian meditations. Vishaka has been teaching meditation since 2012.
